Do you wholesale? 
Yes, our guides are available to qualified retailers. Please contact alana@zigzagcityguides.com to inquire about wholesale orders.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
 Orders are typically processed between 2–3 business days and then sent by Priority Mail through USPS. Please email us if you have any questions about your order. If you are concerned about your guide arriving before your expected departure date, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
 International orders are shipped by USPS and costs $16.95 for all destinations outside the United States. ZigZag City Guides is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international orders as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. International orders typically take several weeks to arrive at their destination, depending on where you are located.

Do you charge sales tax?
 We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of California. For all California orders a sales tax of 7.25% does apply.

Is my transaction secure?
 We will never share or sell your information to any third party and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order. Transactions on our site are processed through PayPal or Stripe.

What is your return and refund policy?
 Unused and undamaged orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you through the PayPal or Stripe account you used to purchase the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Used or opened items cannot be returned.
